I have worked with people with serious medical issues; my appreciation for what the body holds and what can break it down has become clearer. Through my training and practice as a Core Energetics practitioner I see the unconscious ways our bodies have reacted to childhood trauma/stress. In an important way, Core releases these bodily/physical accomodations to sadness, fear and hatred---the feelings that illicit the most shame and recrimination, often directed at ourselves, complicating intimacy, trust, passion----true connection to ourselves/others. My hope is to assist in releasing negative energy so that you can enjoy your life more fully. I am honored to have received Reiki II attunement and now offer this method of healing on a fee-for-service basis.
