WELCOME I am a Licensed Psychotherapist and a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor working with children, adolescents and adults. I am bilingual-bicultural in Spanish. Terapia en Español WITH CHILDREN AND ADOLECENTS I utilize interventions based on Play Therapy (art, therapeutic storytelling, role-play, sand-tray, puppets) and it is through play that children's conflicts are resolved. It is important for the therapeutic intervention to work closely with parents/caregivers providing them with individualized support and practical techniques to implement at home. I'm a trained EMDR Therapist (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Evidenced based research proves EMDR is fast and very effective with both adults and children. I work with adults post-trauma and those struggling with depression, panic attacks, and anxiety.
