I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 1997 providing counseling addressing many issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, abuse issues, loss issues, and grief. I utilize a combination of methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure techniques, and rational emotive therapy to address issues with depression and anxiety. I identifying family of orgin patterns and utilize emotion-focused therapy to address relationship conflicts. I use education to help normalize clients situations and improve insight. I provide individual and marital counseling. I offer day, evening, and weekend hours. I offer a sliding scale as needed. I submit insurance claims on an out of network basis.
