Anxiety, low self-esteem, depression and/or co-dependency can get in the way of having confidence in yourself or getting what you really want in relationships or even loving yourself. I'll "roll up my sleeves" and help find real answers and new pathways that will make a difference. The chronic cycle of trying to deal with it and feeling like you are getting no where can end. I will help you feel better and be more of what you want to be. My specialty is more about my willingness to use whatever techniques, skills or approaches that work best for you and your problem. I'm part teacher, part coach, part mentor, part nurturer, part engineer. I've been known by most of the people I've seen as one of the most engaged therapist they have ever worked with. I listen and ask questions and then collaborate, giving information and insights, to improve the person's own abilities.
