Maya Angelou, had the right mind set in regards to how we should address life in particular how to handle the negative things that are bound to happen to us all. I have based my practice on addressing three foundational aspects: prevention, wellness, and the needs of the whole person starting from infancy through the intensive training I have received in Infant Mental Health, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I hold a BA in Psychology from the University of North Florida and a MA in Counseling from Webster University. "Ms. Heath is dedicated to her clients and their wellbeing.
