My goal is to provide a comfortable and relaxed environment to help you achieve your counseling goals. The counseling process will focus on you, the individual, resolving the difficult issues you are currently dealing with, at the pace that you are comfortable with. Whether you are seeking counseling for yourself, your child, or your family, I will be sure you are treated with respect and formulate an achievable, flexible treatment plan that is tailored to your individual needs. I specialize in the areas of depression, anxiety, attention deficit, and couple counseling. We also offer counseling for a multitude of other issues. Group therapy is also offered with the main focus of helping members achieve higher levels of self-esteem, social skills, anger control, and assertiveness skills. Of Special Note: Our Center's clinicians also specialize in evaluation and evidence-based treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders. We will evaluate and provide a treatment plan suited to your individual child/teen's needs.
