I balance my sessions with technical expertise, intuition and a sense of humor. I am committed to help you work towards personal awareness so that you gain insight and clarity into your life. I will spend a lot of time during and after sessions finding the right methods to suit your particular needs. I believe that in order to heal, we need a safe, loving and non-judgmental environment. I'm a licensed mental health counselor and a trauma and grief specialist. I help with anxiety and depression. I'm a young widow with two adolescents and have helped many individuals and families heal and grow after a loss, trauma, divorce or life transition. I can help you also.
