I have been helping people lead happy and healthier lives for over 10 years. I joined New Outlook Counseling Center Inc to explore my passion of providing hope, support and healing to families and adolescents who are facing challenges in their lives. I am able to assess and treat a wide variety of difficulties you may be experiencing that have led you to seek supportive and compassionate care. My specialties include treating a variety of problems that couples, adolescents, and families experience. Call today and together we can find solutions to your problems. One of my specialties is marital therapy using John Gottman's model. Another area of specialty is working with families and adolescents who are have been diagnosed with Oppositional Defiant, Conduct Disorder, Depression and/or Anxiety. I also have experience working with clients diagnosed with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). My training is in Functional Family Therapy, which improves family communication and supportiveness while decreasing the intense negativity; Play therapy, a child's way of communication, allowing them to express their thoughts and feelings in play. I have recently been trained by the Indiana Association for Juvenile Sex Offenders Practitioners.
