I believe it takes courage to seek therapy when you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck or frustrated with your life. In a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental environment we can work collaboratively to increase your awareness of self-defeating thoughts and behavior patterns and develop new coping strategies to successfully address your concerns. For the past ten years I have assisted individuals, couples, children and families with relationship issues at home or at work, challenging life transitions related to separation/divorce or loss, parents facing challenges coping with their children, and individuals who were having anxiety or depression interfere in their daily routines.
