Sometimes life circumstances are overwhelming. We often face difficult relationships, career challenges, or major losses that can lead to depression or anxiety and feelings of helplessness and hopelessness. Are you tired of holding in painful secrets? When we are facing problems, we may feel confused and overwhelmed. We may seek advice from friends and family, but end up feeling misunderstood. Sometimes, we might not always feel safe talking about the past and it can be extremely painful to re-live those experiences. Or are you experiencing anger concerns? Currently, I am working towards my Board Certification as a Sex Therapist in the State of Florida. I am also am also working towards my PHD in Clinical Sexology with an emphasis in addictions.My goal is to help you gain insight into the issues that are negatively impacting your life.
