Hypnotherapy is the most effective modality to help you get to the root of the issue so you can move forward with your life! I specialize in people with trauma and chronic illness because I can relate, as I have been there before. I am passionate about helping people get to their best life as soon as possible. I use a unique hybrid of Hypnotherapy, Neuro- Linguistic Programming, and Life Coaching to ensure the best possible care. Every person is unique and therefore should have unique treatment. I like to get to know my clients in a holistic way, meaning I look at all angles of the human experience. As a Life Coach I like to clear up the past a bit, but then actively move forward. I believe it best to focus on our strengths and to use those strengths to enhance our life. It is possible to change our thoughts about ourselves,therefore changing our life.
