I use a person centered approach, focusing on strengths, in order to assist clients in improving their functioning and reducing negative symptoms. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is an important part of the treatment process, and take the time to get to know my clients and their needs, before implementing techniques. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, based on the client's unique needs, to assist individuals with various mood, anxiety and behavior disorders as well as relationship difficulties. My office hours are Monday 9am to 8pm, Tuesday 9am to 4pm, Wednesday 9am to 8pm, Thursday 9am to 4pm, and Saturday 9am to 12pm.
