We live in a world where the past is permanent and the future is uncertain. I strive to assist my clients in creating the change they desire by tailoring my style of therapy to the needs of my client. By using an integrative approach to therapy I am able to collaborate with my clients to help them find new ways to solve old problems. I blend conventional and alternative approaches to help my clients see the possibility of a different way of being by walking alongside them through their journey. Throughout my professional experience I have been blessed to help those dealing with a myriad of problems from all walks of life. I find working with couples, straight or same sex, an enriching part of my practice. I believe that mindfulness is an important part of the therapeutic process. Due to this I pay close attention to the 4 body systems; physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual while working with my clients. I feel that being mindful of these areas helps create balance in an unbalanced life.
