Are you experiencing challenges in your life such as divorce, depression, parenting issues, anxiety and relationship issues? Do you have past traumas that seem to keep you stuck in self-defeating behaviors? I help my clients face the current issues they are having and help them feel more empowered. I help adults resolve and reprocess the past so you can move forward and feel liberated from the negativity that kept you stuck. I help parents who are struggling with children who exhibit anger, tantrums, ADHD, Asperger's syndrome and other challenging behaviors. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) which has been proven to be an effective therapy for trauma and anxiety. My clients move past trauma's that have negatively affected them for years and become more empowered and liberated from negative self-beliefs, negative emotions and behaviors. I have several years experience working with children with ADHD, Asperger's syndrome, anxiety, anger and other behavioral issues. I enjoy working with Adult men and women in helping them increase their confidence, enhance their relationships increase their self-esteem, help decrease anxiety and depression.
