As a Licensed Counselor, I feel it is my role to provide a safe place for you to share your story and be heard without judgement. I am honored to walk the journey alongside you as your story unfolds and healing begins to take part. I am committed to providing utmost care for my clients and glorifying God in the work that I do. I have experience with adults, adolescents and couples struggling with PTSD/trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and disruptive relational patterns. I worked 3 years in community mental health and have been practicing as a licensed clinician since 2011. I am also a Master Holy Yoga Instructor and offer Therapeutic Yoga for those working to regain safe connection to their bodies. Individuals coping with trauma, anxiety, and/or addictions may benefit by learning skills for mindfulness and self-care as they begin to befriend their body and care for their emotional needs. I also offer Therapeutic Yoga for couples desiring deeper intimacy. Couples with intimacy issues may benefit by learning healthy avenues for safe touch and affection.
