I an LPC and earned my Master's degree from Mount Mary University in 2007. I strive to meet clients where they are in their lives and help find ways to balance work, life, and relationships. I have experience working with anxiety disorders, trauma, addictions, obsessive compulsive disorder, parenting issues, assertiveness training, stress management, adjustment concerns adolescents, couples and families. My goals are to work with clients to improve thought patterns and change negative patterns of behaviors. Teaching mindfulness and helping others to incorporate strategies for overall balance and wellness is essential. I am certified in EMDR and received my drug and alcohol certification.
