Not sure where to go . . . we can help. Strength based -- Solution Focused Therapy When we ache from our soul, it's not that easy to see. The signs can all be there, but sometimes we need help to start the healing. At STAT Family Services, our approach is to offer support to cope with the struggles of everyday life. It's important to be able to work through and adjust to issues and challenges that can keep individuals from contentment in their lives. Our services focus on the wellbeing of the whole person -- mind, body, and spirit -- to help them to become healthy and productive. My hope is to inspire healing and improve lives. I am a LMFT, Trauma Specialist, Certified Family Life Educator and a Level 2 EMDR therapist. I believe individuals and relationships can be strengthened and healed. My therapy approach is based on helping you move out of crisis.Together we develop strategies to help you heal.
