Welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate who received her Master's degree from Northwestern University and completed her practicum at The Family Institute at Northwestern University. I have worked extensively with clients from many backgrounds and walks of life. I offer free 45-minute face-to-face consultations to see if therapy will be a good fit for you. I specialize in treating individuals with depression/anxiety, issues with self-esteem, life transitions, families with adolescents/individual adolescents, and pre-marital/young couple counseling. I look to my clients' environment rather than just inside their minds to help them find options and ultimately solutions to their problems. I like to run my practice to cater to my clients' needs and keep up with modern demands. Whether you prefer to step in only when something comes up, or have a set weekly appointment, I am available to meet those needs for you.
