About Resolute Treatment Center Since 1995, Resolute Treatment Center has been a provider of superior mental health care services for male children and adolescents who struggle with sexually maladaptive behaviors. With the goal of breaking the vicious cycle of victimization by offering such services, Resolute strives to instill the skills needed so that every youth who comes to this center for care is ultimately able to live a happy and healthy life in his respective community. Various therapeutic interventions are utilized at Resolute so that any existing mental health conditions present are also cared for during the course of treatment. Resolute Treatment Center also makes it a priority to ensure that every youth is able to navigate the therapeutic process in the safest environment possible. The caring and compassionate staff at Resolute is trained in working with youth who battle sexually maladaptive behaviors and deliver care with respect for each individual who comes to Resolute for treatment. The overarching mission of each staff member and program offered at Resolute is to treat not only behavioral concerns, but to improve each youth's social skills, familial relationships, and cognitive deficits that could be contributing to problematic or unhealthy behaviors. Programs & Levels of Care at Resolute Resolute Treatment Center is proud to offer a full continuum of care so as to meet every need of the youth who come to this center for treatment. For young men who require more intensive care, Resolute offers a residential program that affords each youth the opportunity to have ongoing support while learning skills for managing impulses and behaviors, communicating effectively, and developing a healthy moral compass. Young people engaged in this program partake in a number of therapeutic groups, as well as individual and family therapy so that the most favorable treatment outcomes are achievable. Additionally, every patient works closely with Resolute's team of highly trained professionals who coordinate individualized treatment planning, reunification and aftercare plans, and relapse prevention. This center also features a beneficial education program so that the educational needs of youth are substantially met. Education services are located onsite and are delivered in a traditional classroom setting. Furthermore, accredited special education teachers facilitate lesson plans within this program, of which is also accredited by the Indiana Department of Education. Young people who benefit from these services are ultimately able to earn credits towards their education or prepare for the GED exam. Admissions Process at Resolute Treatment Center In order for a youth to engage in the services offered at Resolute Treatment Center, a referral from the court system is required. Resolute's admissions department can be contacted by a youth's probation officer once adjudication is complete. During this initial conversation, specific documentation is requested for review. Police reports, any existing individual education plans (IEP), case plans from prior services through DCS, placement agreements, and other relevant documents are then reviewed and a decision can be made within 24 hours by Resolute's admissions staff. If a youth is deemed appropriate for care at Resolute, the admissions coordinators will work closely with the court system and the young person's family so that all parties involved understand the treatment process at Resolute. Prior to admission, family members can contact this center to ask any questions that they may have regarding treatment or to schedule a tour of the center. Upon arrival at Resolute, treatment planning begins so as to ensure that every need of the youth is tended to so that the full benefits of treatment at Resolute can be experienced in the most effective manner possible.
