I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with many years of experience working with diverse populations. I have worked in a variety of settings providing mental health care to individuals and families. Open and honest therapy is what I offer. No matter the issue, your feelings are of value to you and sometimes this is hard to decipher what you are dealing with on your own. Getting through a painful experience is much like crossing monkey bars, you have to let go at some point in order to move forward. If you change nothing, nothing will change and I try to provide clarity to issues that may be troubling. Physical health and mental health work hand in hand. Therapy can assist with understanding that a balanced life begins with a healthy mind. Providing a safe place for feelings is a goal for providing therapeutic intervention that helps you feel comfortable.
