I received advanced training in mental health and adventure therapy. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral and EMDR therapies . I concentrate in the treatment of depression,anxiety, PTSD, personal growth, relationship issues, adjustment to life transition, grief, loss,and bipolar.I am an EMDR provider treating adult patients for relief from: trauma, abuse, anger, guilt, grief, anxiety, depression, PTSD and other emotional issues. I believe that the mind, body and spirit are important in promoting lasting wellness. I believe the adventure of healing happens in the experience. I am interested in meeting the client in an environment that is most comfortable for them, whether that is walking on the beach, sitting in their living room or talking with me at my office. I assist the client in using the present moment experience as a guide to tap into their inner strength.
