I offer mental health counseling services to address a variety of concerns in an individualized way. Utilizing evidence-based modalities we will work together to develop a path of healing best suited for you. I provide support to invite you to explore various parts of yourself and identify areas in your life you wish to change so that you can experience peace and freedom from suffering. I have specialized training in working with children and adolescents who have experienced developmental trauma, struggle with emotional and behavioral disturbances and provide parenting support. In addition, I have experience working with adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief, or experiencing life transitions. I also specialize in providing mindfulness based therapeutic services, in particular mindfulness based cognitive therapy. I provide these services in both individual and group formats.
