Sometimes we are the reason life is not turning out as we had hoped. My goal is to come along side you, to teach you new skills, encourage you to heal, and to inspire you to make positive changes so that you can achieve your personal life goals. I work with individuals, couples, families and children. I am trained in EMDR and work with clients struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, realtionship, and grief and loss issues.
