I would like to introduce myself as a new counselor to the area! My approach is eclectic; I like to present my clients with options for therapy and find what is most comfortable for them. I often work from a holistic perspective, incorporating techniques such as meditation, mindfulness exercises, nutrition, and relaxation into a treatment plan along with talk therapy. I see a wide variety of clients, and really enjoy working with adolescents, and issues pertaining to women (pregnancy, motherhood, rape, domestic violence, body issues, eating disorders, etc), and have experience with grief and trauma as well
