Areas of interest and expertise include premarital and couples counseling, eating disorders, trauma, teen counseling, counseling military personnel and their families, divorce, anxiety and depression, suicidal ideation, and sexuality issues. Dr. Kardasz uses a systemic and client-centered therapy approach to treat a wide range of conditions. With over 25 years experience, Dr Kardasz continues to value being entrusted to facilitate a person's individual healing and growth. Dr Kardasz is the founding partner of Charlespointe Counseling Consultants, one of St. Charles' oldest and most respected counseling centers.
