Not Your Traditional Outpatient Treatment Program! Integrative Life Center offers an alternative to expensive inpatient treatment for individuals struggling with addictions, eating disorders and trauma. We focus on healing mind, body and spirit using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, experiential therapy, DBT skills groups and 12-Step Facilitation, as well as complimentary approaches including massage/bodywork, yoga, art, music, hypnotherapy, acupuncture, nutritional counseling and transional housing if needed. Located in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee, Integrative Life Center is conveniently located. We offer morning and evening intensive outpatient treatment as well as partial hospitalization/day treatment programs that are clinically intensive and individualized. Our therapists are masters level and experienced in working with addictions, eating disorders, codependency, mood disorders and trauma. Integrative Life Center is fortunate to have Carolyn Coker Ross, MD, MPH, an Integrative Medicine physician who has developed and pioneered the use of integrative medicine in women’s health, healing food and body image issues, and addictions as our consultant.
