I provide individual and family therapy for those coping with life transitions and adjustments, grief and loss, trauma recovery, relational issues, anxiety and depression. I understand that it takes incredible courage to seek therapeutic support when navigating uncertain seasons of life and my hope is that through the safe space we create together you will be able to choose mindfully the direction of your way. Our work together will be a collaborative process focused on desired goals established during the initial session. My objective is to explore your unique story and personal challenges using both my clinical perspective and the lens of our shared human experience, encouraging you to uncover the answers that you possess. I know that a positive therapeutic relationship and the infusion of hope are imperative to effect change and growth. I offer a free 15 minute consult to all prospective clients to answer any questions, review treatment needs, and determine compatibility. I look forward to hearing from you.
