I have worked with couples, families, and individuals for 18 years, to heal from trauma, affairs, and early life experiences that get in the way of having warm loving relationships and individual joy. It can be challenging to take the first step to move toward a better and more fulfilling life. Often we fear judgement. I can help you develop an understanding of the issues that are keeping you from living the best life possible. I will work with you to identify the underlying barriers and develop problem solving skills and strategies to cope with issues outside of your control. I appreciate working with couples to improve communication, negotiate changes that occur in our lives and to regain a solid loving and cherishing relationship. I enjoy helping people discover their hidden strengths, skills, and talents. I support individuals to nurture their strengths to overcome depression, anxiety, divorce and trauma. My practice is convenient to the Shipyard, Portsmouth, York and the Berwicks. I accept most insurances and Medicare. I have early morning appointments and evening appointments. In special circumstances arrangements can be made for weekend appointments.
