Life can seem so daunting at times and continuing towards valued goals almost impossible. I specialize in helping people identify and move through obstacles and challenges. Depression, anxiety, emotion dysregulation, trauma, self-harm, and life transitions are all areas that I specialize in. I also have experience with family and couples therapy. I use a variety of therapies to find the best approach for each individual. I also know that a strong, therapeutic relationship is of utmost importance and strive to provide a safe and trusting environment where that relationship can thrive. I believe that therapy is collaborative and will work to help you craft a plan for therapy. I am experienced in DBT, CBT, level II certified in EMDR, ACT, Mindfulness-Based Therapy and provide Gottman-informed couples therapy.
