I am here to help guide you on your healing journey. PTSD, Anxiety, Depression and chronic anger are all moods and behaviors that result from mental, emotional and/or physical abuse. Call me and I will explain. Then we can start your healing journey together. I promise to work as hard as you are on this path to wellness. I wish you peace and wellness. I specialize in individuals, couples and families who are trauma survivors having difficulty living a happy and healthy life. I specialize in EMDR levels I and II as well as EMDR with children. I use phychoeducation and Cognitive Processing to help survivors understand how and why their bodies, lives and relationships have changed. After your first session, you will have a much clearer understanding of your behaviors and your relationships. You will understand how and why therapy can help.
