I specialize in Major Depressive Disorder and Anxiety Disorders, but I treat a variety of other mental health disorders. I utilize a holistic approach for medication treatment plans, incorporating both traditional Western medicine and non-traditional approaches, tailoring treatments to your individual needs, as well as your philosophical beliefs whenever possible. My style is collaborative and education focused. I encourage your full participation and feedback in the decision making and treatment process. The therapy framework that I utilize is slightly eclectic, with strong influences of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindful-based cognitive therapy (MBCT). I am not contracted with any insurance companies, meaning I am not an "in-network" provider. However, I do bill most insurance companies as an "out-of-network" provider except for Kaiser, OHP, Medicare, or Medicaid.
