The goal of couples therapy is to help partners recognize the negative patterns which create powerful, negative emotions such as anger, loneliness (isolation) and sadness and move them to reconnecting in a more healthy and effective way. I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) who specializes in treating men, women, partners of and couples that are struggling from chronic infidelity, excessive pornography, cybersex, compulsive masturbation and many other high-risk sexual behaviors. I am trained in EMDR and hypnotherapy to resolve any underlying trauma that contribute to many struggles in relationships, addictions, anxiety and depression.
