In my practice I focus on behavior change and motivation development. I also place an emphasis on client identification of thought patterns that may cause present and future difficulties. My goal is to work with you to find the best solution to your problems. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist my clients in changing irrational thought processing and long term negative thinking, I also use motivational techniques to assist clients in moving on from difficult behaviors including addiction. My practice is in a quiet, country setting where my clients can feel comfortable and not have worries about parking, crowded waiting rooms, and confidentiality.
