I offer effective, client centered therapy to help you and/or your family reach your goals as quickly as possible. I will adjust my schedule to see you as soon as possible when you call. I have a 24/7 business cell phone, 612-715-2112 so calling is the quickest way to reach me. My specialties include: depression, anxiety, children, teens, men's, and couple's issues, trauma and a number of compulsive/addictive behaviors including sex addictions. Children, teens, couples and families find me successful in helping them rebuild their relationships. My therapeutic playroom is especially helpful for younger children. I offer Substance Abuse and Anger Assessments. I can address both the substance abuse and mental health issues. I have experience working with culturally diverse clients. I offer faith based therapy for those who request it. My office is both handicapped and public transportation accessible.
