In different setting over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with many people from many various walks of life. From that, I have seen first hand, the strength and potential for growth that is within all of us. I work with children and adults, providing individual, couple and family counseling. I have experience with emotional distress, stemming from abuse and neglect, victimization, depression, anxiety, marital problems, grief, gender issues, and gay/lesbian issues among other things. Every individual has their own journey through life. My job is not to "diagnose" or "fix". It is the strength inherent in the individual that does the hard work of creating personal change. The therapist's role is to provide a safe space to support that work through honesty, compassion and unconditional positive regard. I look forward to the opportunity to be a part of your journey.
