No man/woman is an island. We all go through difficult times in our lives and nobody should go through those times alone. It would be my privilege to walk along side you, and work in collaboration with you, through those difficult times. I am an experienced therapist who works with people ages 12 to 60 providing individual and family therapy. In my practice I provide a comfortable and safe space for you to tackle whatever obstacles life has put in front of you - PTSD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, gender identity disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, domestic violence, and grief and loss issues. I primarily use solution focused, cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavior therapy techniques in my practice. I also use Brainspotting to help people process and resolve trauma, emotional distress or chronic pain.
