The treatments I use help people to identify goals closest to their own values. Goals are then easier to achieve because they are already close to who you are and what you hold to be important. I can assist with reshaping challenging thoughts into productive actions and more positive behaviors. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults and families. I work in a group practice in Lewiston that offers holistic modalities including counseling, acupuncture, yoga. I have worked extensively with adolescents and enjoy them tremendously. I have been in the field for more than fifteen years and have a broad range of experience with anxiety and depression, developmental disabilities, addiction, and trauma. I particularly enjoy working with teen and adults with Asperger's Disorder and high functioning autism and have good success with this population.
