I focus on serving children, teens and families. I offer bilingual services and work with children ages 3-17. I work hard to develop a relationship that is comfortable, personal and focused on the client's needs. I seek client's motivated toward working on their specified treatment goals. I l work well in areas of anger, depression, anxiety and ADHD. I also work well with teaching social skills, positive self talk, family skills and communication skills. For example for client's dealing with ADHD engage in memory building activities and focusing strategies. Children are taught relaxation skills to help them calm down. Client's dealing with anger will learn to identify triggers. Therapy will be individualized with treatment focus that is specific to each client's desired goals. Client's will leave each session with skills to practice, therapy tools and items to use at home (ie: stress balls, fiddle toys, puzzles, handouts, exercises etc).
