I once read a story about a sea lion that somehow ended up in a barren desert. It was dry and parched and the closest thing resembling the sea was a mud puddle. He was sad and lost and knew he didn't belong, but he had been there so long and knew of nothing else, so he considered it "home". Too often, we find ourselves like this sea lion, living an unfulfilling existence, or in surroundings that aren't consistent with who we are. We passively accept our lot in life or sabotage efforts to live with passion and joy. My greatest passion and joy is to help others discover who they are and where they belong, so they may experience a fuller, more robust existence. You can learn to transcend painful emotions, renew confidence, identify true potential, enhance relationships, discover solutions and develop a practical road map for the future. My approach utilizes the best of many disciplines, and is individualized to meet the specific needs, abilities and desires of each client. I believe strongly in the mind/body connection and promote an alternative and holistic approach to overall health and wellness.
