As a Co-founder of this progressive organization, I place a premium on my own continuing education to help clients effectively achieve personal goals. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is used to help clients learn specific skills, creating practical solutions to problems. I am trained at the Advanced Intensive Level in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Envision offers a full DBT Program. Depression, anxiety, self-harm, and suicidal ideation are just some of the problems that I enjoy helping adolescents and adults to manage.
