My intention is to help you achieve deep life transformation. I offer an environment in which you will be free from judgement, fully accepted, and deeply engaged. By addressing the ways in which you are "stuck," I aim to guide you in finding your flow, so that you can live life with greater ease, pleasure and joy. I work with a wide range of issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, PTSD, relationship and sexuality issues, and meeting career or life goals. Adults of all ages are welcome! I offer a broad perspective based on vast life experience and education. My clinical training includes Natural Processing (Somatic EMDR), Psychodynamic psychotherapy, Mindfulness, Hakomi, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Focusing, Attachment theory, Mentalizing, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I regularly engage in ongoing training opportunities to increase my skills as a therapist. What distinguishes many of the techniques I will use from other therapy practices is my universal belief in the connection between the mind and the body and my attention to the unconscious. By addressing these I aim to treat the cause, rather than just alleviate the symptoms, of your discomfort.
