My philosophy is to facilitate healing and growth in my clients (adolescents, young adults, adults) in areas they identify and those that emerge during the course of therapy. I specialize in expressive arts therapy, grief & loss, hearing loss issues and major life transitions. In a comfortable and supportive environment I offer a highly personalized approach, tailored to my clients individual needs, to help attain the personal growth they are striving for. Expressive arts therapy offers a unique approach to healing and personal growth and can be utilized with a wide variety of life challenges. I find it to be particularly useful when working through grief and loss experiences.
