I have over 25 years experience providing individuals and couples therapy as well as management of health care professionals in a hospital setting and teaching at the college level. My approach to therapy is collaborative and straight forward focusing on strengths, needs, and goals. In addition I like to help clients gain insight into life's challenges that can lead them to strengthen and identify effective coping strategies. I have a certification in hypnotherapy from the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis. I use hypnotherapy as part of the therapeutic process to help clients achieve their therapy goals.
