I have been in private practice since 1993 completing post graduate work at Menninger Foundation. I am a Certified Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP and Ericksonian hypnosis, both which facilitate change as defined by the client with issues such as PTSD, stress, anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, sexual dysfunction, unwanted addictive behaviors as well as behaviors that just aren't working for you. I specialize in brief therapy in the areas of adjustment and stress disorders, marital and family issues, depression and anxiety disorders, combat stress, PTSD,grief and loss issues, and chronic terminal illness. I also am a certified life coach which does not require a medical diagnosis. I provide therapy and accept most major insurances including Tricare. I also offer coaching to individuals, self pay.
