I have been a therapist since 1994.I work with people who are going through changes in their lives, who want to live more authentically, and those who want to improve their relationships. I help individuals, couples and families who are focusing on reducing specific symptoms such as depression or anxiety, or dealing with behavioral problems. I have a great deal of experience treating relationship problems, depression, anxiety, trauma, and addressing teen issues. Specialty areas include adult adoptees and those effected by adoption, bipolar disorder, and those with issues related to gender identity and expression. Note: I do NOT participate in Employee Assistance Programs. As your therapist, I will work with you directly and confidentially in an accepting, relaxed, "home-like" office environment.
