As a family systems oriented therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. I work with adults, teenagers and children with a wide variety of issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, pre-and postpartum issues, parenting, trauma such as childhood abuse and domestic violence, divorce, suicidal ideas, low self-esteem, relationship, marriage, sexuality, work life and difficult transitions. Clients often tell me that they find it easy to talk to me. I provide a warm, nurturing and non judgmental Therapy environment. I incorporate breathing exercises, guided imagery and art. I give "home assignments" so that the work from therapy can continue to grow into your every day life.
