I'll ask you what you want and need for yourself. I'll ask you what's right, good, healthy, and working for you in your life. I'll ask you what you want to address with my assistance. We'll enter into an interactive and collaborative process based on your goals and values. We'll get curious about and attend to your thoughts, feelings, sensations, behaviors, relationships, and bodily wellbeing. I'll consult with and coordinate the therapeutic process with any other health care providers you wish. I have special expertise in addressing stress, trauma, mind/body health, and relational issues. I focus on the health of the whole person in individual therapy and on the health of the realtionship in couples therapy. I'm a licensed psychologist, a licensed massage therapy instructor, a registered polarity practitioner and educator, and a certified somatic experiencing practitioner.
