Or watched a perfect alley-oop slam dunk by a professional basketball player and wondered how that kind of skill comes about? To answer those questions one needs to examine all the relevant contributing factors. Similarly, to understand your unique situation, one needs to adopt a comprehensive, ecological model to create/access effective change points. You, the rose and the slam dunk are all part of vast complex systems. Right now, unlike the rose and the basketball team, your experience of life may be far from its peak.
