Entering into therapy can be both exciting and anxiety producing. As a provider of counseling and mental health care it is my belief and intention to offer attentive listening and to nurture a relationship of positive mutual regard. Trust is important - trust in the process, trust in the relationship, and trust in yourself. All my therapy approaches take into consideration the effectiveness of learning how to listen to your own thoughts and your bodies reaction to emotions. **PLEASE NOTE I NO LONGER PRESCRIBE OR MANAGE MEDICATIONS. A two hour Evaluation and Consult Visit is available for in-depth diagnoses and treatment planning. Coordination with your prescriber or Primary Care Provider included upon request and signed Release of Information. Payment in full is due each session. A billing professional is provided free of charge to process all your claims. Reimbursement for the visit will be sent directly to you from your insurance provider. Your out of pocket costs will generally be equal to or lower than in-network providers.
