I am a counselor who loves to listen to your story, to serve as a sounding board for your hurts and your joys. I believe that we all have choices in how we react to the events of our lives. When we realize that, it empowers us to be the directors of our lives, rather than simply a passenger. I encourage you to come find the inner driver in your soul. I work to be holistic in my approach to your concerns, involving heart, mind, body & spirit. Faith can be an important asset in therapy, though it is not a requirement. I welcome the whole self that you present for healing.
